Exchanges and Returns

Please kindly note we do not currently offer refunds, however we understand that not every item is right for you upon arrival. We offer exchanges and/or credit notes on full priced items which are valid for 6 months. All products must be unworn and received back in a sellable condition. Please contact hello@ballingerjewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with the following information: 

– Full name

– Phone number & email address

– Order number

– Reason for return and the product you wish to exchange for

Please note: Free shipping does not apply when exchanging items. You will need to pay for your return postage and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

PROMOTIONAL SALES

Please kindly note products purchased in our promotional sales and or on final markdown items are final sale and cannot be exchanged and or returned.

CARING FOR YOUR BALLINGER JEWELLERY

Our jewellery pieces are delicate and should be handled with care and love. We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been assessed and proven by our team to be faulty. This does not cover the loss of jewellery or general wear and tear. Ballinger reserves the right to reject or accept any warranty claims.

FAULTY & REPAIRS

– If your jewellery appears to be faulty, this must be flagged to us via email prior to posting the item back to us. 

– You will be liable to pay shipping costs to and from, with the exception of when a product is deemed faulty upon assessment by our production team. Only then will Ballinger offer replacement and reimburse shipping expenses.

If you have concerns about your items purchased with us please contact hello@ballingerjewellery.com and we will do everything we can to help. Customer service is our top priority at Ballinger.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
